SRS is able to support clients who do not have their own extraction facilities by offering toll processing of algae in the SRS Extraction Plant in Dexter, MI. This service allows clients still in the pre-commercial phase to avoid capital outlay and reduce risk, while providing volumes of product necessary for testing in order to accelerate market entry.

The SRS Processing Facility is staffed by full-time specially trained operators, process engineers and scientists who have a broad range of process equipment options to insure successful extraction of oil from different algae types. The facility is supported by the SRS Laboratory to accurately characterize the extraction products.

The SRS Tolling Services are guaranteed confidential. We further offer logistics and materials management support to insure efficient turnaround.

Production Capacity: Batch size of up to 10 gallons algae (@ 20% ds) per shift.
