SRS's Batch Reclamation Systems (BRS) is the ideal fluid reclamation system for plants that use industrial metalworking coolants, straight cutting oils and industrial washer solutions. The BRS systems will reduce your waste fluids by 50 – 85%, with process rates of 300 – 1500 gallons per hour. All BRS systems have been designed to incorporate SRS's centrifugal based purification technology, allow them to remove solid contaminants and both free and emulsified oil to as low as 0.5%. Because of the module design, these systems can expand as your business grows, making them ideal for small and medium size manufacturing operations.
