With no direct relationship to any fluid manufacturer, we provide you with an unbiased approach to the evaluation, selection, and management of fluids. We evaluate not only the chemistry, but also the effects on all related processes in order to achieve the lowest manufacturing cost per unit.

Your fluid cost is only part of the picture. The SRS Fluid Control program provides you with a balanced approach to fluid management. We ensure that a balance is achieved between the cost of the fluids and the impact these fluids have on related costs (effects on tool life; environmental, health, and safety concerns, etc.) At times a more expensive fluid can actually reduce overall operating cost by reducing loss of chemicals caused by drag out, improving part quality, and reducing perishable tooling cost to name a few examples.
