"I wish to express my views on the exemplary way that SRS has conducted business
with Metaldyne in Royal Oak, Michigan.
We originally had another company that was attempting to recycle our product which
is a gear oil with sometimes an excess of water. Although we decant our product,
it still made it very difficult, to the point that the other company walked away
from the problem.
SRS has stepped up to the task and persisted with this difficult application, working
with us to resolve the problem on a permanent basis. They have also assisted us
in other difficult applications and are always willing to try to find solutions.
As a company we hope to continue into the future with SRS as partners in our recycling
and cost reduction efforts."
