INTRODUCTION:

Fluidcontrol provides true on-site Life Cycle Process Control services.  SRS uses Fluidcontrol Life-Cyclea consolidated methodology to evaluate chemicals and materials used by our customers, to purchase and use them, to control them, and when necessary, to dispose of them. Our Fluidcontrol Initiatives combine state-of-the-art technologies with experienced chemical engineers, fluid managers, fluid technicians and proven systems to control fluids, oils, water and solid wastes.

Through our comprehensive programs, we become part of the facility and process management team.  Our engineers and technicians work with your company’s personnel to provide continuing cost savings through our control and purification expertise. Our program gives you the piece of mind that comes from knowing complex environmental and regulatory affairs are being addressed in a cost-effective, safe and efficient manner.

OBJECTIVITY:

One of the many advantages of working with SRS is that SRS is not a chemical manufacturer and is not affiliated with any chemical suppliers, blenders or manufacturers.  This allows SRS to provide absolute objectivity in the performance evaluation and selection of chemicals.

TEAMWORK:

The core piece of an effective program is to establish processes for decisions, communication and accountability.  With this in mind, SRS and our customers form a Fluidcontrol committee with representation from each of the following departments:  Environmental Health and Safety, Maintenance, Manufacturing, and Engineering.

The purpose of this committee is to oversee the Fluidcontrol program, to ensure that all departments have input on important decisions and to ensure the Fluidcontrol program goals are aligned with your needs.

FLUIDCONTROL SERVICES AND PROGRAM OPTIONS:

Our Fluidcontrol programs are customized based your expectations and program options. SRS will conduct a no cost no obligation site evaluation in order to evaluate your needs and develop the right program for you.    

  • Procurement, Inventory and Chain Supply Management
    SRS’s supply chain management place the responsibility of purchasing, delivery, incoming quality control , inventory and the distribution of the process chemicals used in the facility. Our responsibility is to make sure that you have the right product, the right amount and when you need it.
  • Chemical Selection and Objective Evaluation
    SRS Fluidcontrol programs are able to provide total fluid management without changing chemicals or chemical suppliers. With no direct relationship to any fluid manufacturer, we provide you with an unbiased approach to the evaluation, selection, and management of fluids. We evaluate not only the chemistry, but also the effects on all related processes in order to achieve the lowest manufacturing cost per unit.
  • Engineered Process Improvements and Solutions
    We understand how fluids impact your processes. We work with you to maximize production while lowering operating and processing costs. Our engineers use our unique project tracking system to enable us to identify, track, and validate those areas within your facility that can produce additional cost savings, process improvements, or improvements in environmental, health, and safety.
  • Advance Data Collection and Management
    SRS has developed an exclusive fluid control software package called iFluid Wizard™ for the control of complex chemistries found in today’s manufacturing environment.  The software package is a method by which data can be logged and trended and corrective action calculated for individual reservoirs.

For water-based chemistries, our on-site manager collects and analyzes fluids from each reservoir on a predetermined schedule, samples are analyzed for concentration, pH, TDS, solids, oil contaminates and microbial growth.  The data generated is then evaluated by the iFluid Wizard™. Work orders are then generated with very precise and specific recommendations for corrective action.  In the case of oil based chemistries, partial count, moisture, elemental analysis and chemical usages are analyzed and maintained.

    SRS leads the industry in manufacturing and implementing purification equipment. We process in excess of 2.1 million gallons of fluid per day! Our Fluidcontrol programs leverage that expertise to bring you the most effective fluid purification and reclamation technology in the industry today.
  • Target Zero Disposal Program
    By implementing our proven Fluid control program with our purification technologies we are able to reduce total offsite disposal by an average 85%. In most cases we can GUARANTEE zero disposal of water-based fluids. At some facilities, we are able to achieve 100% reduction in off site disposal of fluids by incorporating our target zero program.
